  1. Please do not immediately tear off the protective film to wear or disassemble the bracelet after signing, first check whether the appearance and functions of the watch are intact, and adjust the time (mechanical watches need to be wound, rotate the handle head clockwise 30 times to store the kinetic energy of walking) still and observe for 1-2 days, wear it after confirming the watch travel time is correct.
  2. Please keep the purchase Sulomall warranty card properly, and show the warranty card together when repairing or guaranteeing the watch.
  3. If you have any questions and suggestions about the product, please contact us in time, we will try our best to serve you as soon as possible.

Aftersales service

【2 year warranty service】 

From the date of receipt, due to quality problems, our store supports 2-year warranty/replacement service. Product quality problems include: movement stoppage, movement inaccuracy, goods transportation damage, watch case or literally hands, studs, stone boys, trademarks, calendar frames, collars, screws falling. Contact email Sulomall@sjbwatch.com submit proof of product-related problems. After the staff confirms the problem and certifies, a warranty/replacement service will be provided.
